The word Roulette is originated from a French word which means a small wheel. Blaise Pascal, a French mathematician invented the Roulette game in the year 1655.

According to this theory, its believed that this game of roulette started 2 centuries before any other concept was given by different historians related with invention of Roulette.
China had the next theory related to origin of these famous Roulette games. Sailors and explorers took the game to different parts of world including Europe through the water ways. This game was a little different from today’s Roulette games. In the game, players were arranged in cubes to form 666 and when all the numbers which were placed on the outer side of the wheel were added together, players used to get the same amount of 666.
