Gambling is the term referred to as the betting of money or something which has material value to it, on an event where there is an uncertain outcome of the income but with a motive of winning additional income or some form of materialistic goods. With the racing courses making a lot of money through the animals, people like to invest their money in such games hoping that their favourite horse would win bringing them loads and loads of money altogether.
